- Contract Formation: When you place an order on our website, you are entering into a contract with Naturify. You must ensure that the details you provide are accurate and complete. By providing payment details, you confirm that the card belongs to you and that you have sufficient funds to complete the purchase.
- Use Only: Goods purchased are intended solely for your personal use, and you confirm that they are not for resale. You are acting as the principal purchaser and not as an agent for someone else.
- Product Suitability: Certain products may be suitable only for specific age groups. It is your responsibility to verify that the products you order are appropriate for the intended recipient.
- Account Security: If you create an account on our website, you must ensure the security of your username, email, and password. Do not share your login details with others.

- Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.): If you select C.O.D., payment will be collected from the shipping address, not the billing address. Please consider paying online if you are sending a gift.
- GST Bills: GST invoices will be provided upon request.
5. Delivery
- Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimated and may vary. Goods will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout.
- Third-Party Delivery: If a third-party supplier is responsible for delivery, they are solely responsible for ensuring timely delivery.
- Late Delivery: While we strive to deliver on time, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or other factors outside our control.
- Delivery Liability: If your delivery is late, we will not refund the delivery fee or be liable for any losses or damages.
- Risk of Goods: All risk for the goods passes to you upon delivery.
- Failed Delivery: If you are unavailable to receive your delivery or provide incorrect details, the delivery will be considered complete, and no redelivery or refund will be offered.
- Non-Deliverable Locations: We may not be able to deliver to certain locations. If so, we will notify you and offer to cancel the order or arrange an alternative address.
- Single Delivery Attempt: We will attempt delivery only once. If delivery fails due to incorrect details or refusal by the recipient, the order will be considered complete.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order is damaged or incorrect, we will attempt to redeliver it on the same day or the next day. However, we do not offer refunds in such cases.
- National Holidays: Deliveries are not made on national holidays. Orders scheduled for these days will be delivered on the next business day.
- Force Majeure: Delivery may be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. We may reschedule deliveries in such cases.
- No Delivery Date Changes: We cannot accommodate requests to change the delivery date once an order is placed.
